CM Punk fight purse?

Does anybody know how much he is making from his disclosed pay? Also he must be getting PPV points too right? Phone Post 3.0

It's not a purse, it's a man's bag!

He's going to get a lot I'm sure. Was paid well in the WWE. Phone Post 3.0

When's he fighting Phone Post 3.0

500,000 plus ppv points would be my best guess plus a signing bonus.

When he signed the deal he probably didn't think he'd have to wait this long to fight

Does he gets a bonus if he blades? Phone Post 3.0

Whatever he gets, good for him Phone Post 3.0

Kind of crazy that he could be getting multiple 100k while hes fighting a guy who is on 10/10. Seems almost inherently unfair that cm can and will afford to invest much more into his camp. I always wonder how it makes sense some of these matchups where one guy gets extraordinarily more than another. Or how the win bonus for one guy is like 50k and his opponent would only get 10k. Would seem that if the 10k dude knocekd the guy making 50k out id be like fuck it you can have HIS win bonus, you fucking earned it man.

It isnt unfair...people know who cm punk is and want to watch no one cares for gall....how is this still surprising to people these days Phone Post 3.0

Difficult to say. He'll probably get a lot of PPV buys from WWE fanboys. So his up front pay might only be about 250 - 500k. But he might get a sweet cut of that PPV pie.

According to CM Punk, he's been getting a "per diem" just to train. Phone Post 3.0

^^^he said this like a year ago when engaging in trash talk on Twitter tho, so he might have been making that up. Phone Post 3.0

You're looking at this all wrong. If you're in business your goal is to make money. Period. Life isn't fair and neither is business. Punk is going to make the company some serious money on that PPV. Wrestling fans will definitely be tuning in, and (most) MMA fans are going to watch to see him fail. He's a far better return on investment.

Gall is not losing in this deal. In his 3rd pro fight he's in the UFC, on PPV no less. If this is as easy as everyone thinks, he gets to display his sharpest skill set against an outmatched opponent. I will go out on a limb to say far more people will know who Mickey Gall is after this fight, as opposed to before. He's winning too.

No.

WWE fans have the WWE network. It's 10 bucks a month for every PPV including WrestleMania.

They. Still. Torrent. The. Shit.

Seriously. 10 a month in HD and neck beards still steal the stuff.

You think they'll pay 60 plus taxes to see ONE fight that isn't guaranteed to be good or last a minute?

In 2008, Brock brought PPV buys.

It's 2016. Even your uncle knows how to find all the episodes of Sons of Anarchy online for free.

Yes, WWE fans will WATCH.

But they aren't all gonna line up to toss 60 bucks in the air for the chance to see it.

Will be a lot of first row seats, periscope, even Twitch until someone gets caught but it'll be heavily pirated to say the least. Phone Post 3.0
