I got a tweet from Coker earlier saying that Kawajiri is expected to come over and fight in the states by the 1st part of next year. Both Thomson and Masvidal are are potential candidates. Check the full article for the tweet and and backstory:

Right now Masvidal and Thomson are the only ideal opponents for him. Unless they put him against Beerbohm.

Yes but I wouldn't be surprised if he gave it to Masvidal. Thomson is out for 6 months. They need to give Masvidal a fight soon. Kawajiri is perfect. I hope they don't put Jorge against Beerbohm or Shaolin. Vitor's subs are better than Imada's. lol

Thomson has expressed interest in the Kawajiri fight. It would be a great fight.
