I had some luck with this against a few guys. My main training partner, who is better than me, shut it down pretty quick.

I couldn't get good grips, he kept sitting up, moving his hips and attacking my collar. I had to go to plan b.

Great interview.  Coker is a boss.  It was good to hear his opinion on Nate and having him fight in Strikeforce.

Never thought I would be excited for wmma either but Rousey v. Cyborg ....
