Yeah man, what's important to note is that this is not an air choke, this is a blood choke. Air choking can take a long time with lots of struggling, because already oxygenated blood is still reaching the brain. With blood chokes the brain goes to sleep reaaaal quick, the brain has like zero fuel tank, needs constant blood supply.
