lol in all seriousness i have heard of a few guys i know fighting in big leauge shows who cut about 3-4 pounds via flushing.. never done it myself
i went in at 221 lbs i got done went home had nothing to drink an weighed 222 lbs. Yes the hose an all.Sorry i had no weight loss from the hose method just left with my head down an seen alot of hot girls going in when i left.
