Is castlerock BJJ even still open cause i know Hosine moved to AZ I drove by there a bit ago and it looked closed down?. Or is Curtis there full time now?
There is the school that I train in in Colorado Springs. The Tool Shed, with Kieth Wilson, Drew Lawrance, and Tori Adams. They are all great coaches and have all been to the top of their respective games. Great school for MMA, with some local notable pros and amateurs. Donnie Lyles, Chilo Gonzalez, Eric Fagyas, and Vellore Caballero (that's me) all train there.
We are located at 4211 Centennial in the springs. Its right on the SE corner of Garden of the Gods and Centennial.
The Tool shed has great fighters in Wilson, Liles, Chilo.
Hey man check out Stars/Pancrase. Awesome people, great training, and not ridiculously priced. We are primarily no-gi as far as graapling goes, but we do work with the gi sometimes. We also work on kickboxing and wrestling, amongst other things like techniques form judo and sambo. Great for MMA training or just sub grappling if thats what you are looking for.
We are located in Broomfield. Come by some time to try a free class. Instructors name is Billy Hendricks and he is a very cool and knowledgable guy.
If you are loooking for primarily gi training I would check out Zingano BJJ if I was you. It is a bit expensive and not focused on much more than gi jj, but great instruction.
guys this is eliot. if you are looking for the best bjj training in the state then easton bjj is where you need to go. we have 6 bjj black belts, that is more then the rest of the state combined. so there is no confusion, i have been with professor amal easton since 1999 and am not going anywhere. he understands what it takes to be a professional mma fighter so i train at some other gyms so i can feel all different styles. like i said easton bjj
eliot
Thanks Eliot!
