Walter "Sleeper" Michalowski will be in Columbus, Ohio for a two day
seminar on October 13th-14th. Kru Walt is the Sityodtong
representative in Los Angeles CA (Pro Training Inc. Pasadena CA) and
has numerous titles to his name and we are expecting a packed house.

The price of the seminar is $100 for the weekend. Kru Walt's seminars
are always challenging and fun, plus I always come away having
learned a great deal. If you haven't had the chance to train with him
yet, then don't miss this opportunity. (Many good hotels and
restaurants within 1-2 miles of the gym)

Have fun bro! Damn its been almost 2 years since I last trained with the Sityodtong guys after moving to NY. Those were happy days in California. One of Kru Walt's assistant instructors, Nick Haines, visited me here in NY for a couple of weeks. He trained and competed in Thailand for half a year. He's a completely different animal now from what he was 2 years ago.

Thanks, it's always a fun time. Kru Walt has a way of transforming people
in to great fighters. Training with him, you have no choice but to work
hard and learn. If you are ever in Ohio stop by and train.
