0.00 - 0.30 : Hindu Press-up
0.30 - 1.00 : Crunch
1.00 - 1.30 : Squat
1.30 - 2.00 : Chin-up
2.00 - 2.30 : Calve raises
2.30 - 3.00 : Good mornings
3.00 - 4.00 : Rest

I miss-read this routine, and duely got out of bed at midnight this morning and did press ups for half an hour. By 1.00 am I was fucked, but kept grinding out the exercises until 3.30, when my girlfriend got up to tell me she was leaving me for someone who wasn't so weird.
