I've been coaching MMA fighters for about 3 years, and this has been the most popular glove among my group. The fit is comfortable enough to wear during grappling and the wrist wrap (around twice) gives support for pad work. There's enough cushion for light sparring, but they're light enough for competition.
If you're an amateur fighter and only want invest in one pair of gloves for training and competition, these will do you well.
