I cant find any comfotable knee pads for grappling, I was hoping someone here might know of some. I find that the ones I used are a little thick on the sides so when I sit down on my heels it really pinches the sides and causes discomfort. Any suggestions?

Sorry this post is way late - but from personal experience I like the McDavids. I have a bad left knee and find these protect my knees well. Other brands I have used are the Brute neoprene ones with protective gel
