Wasn't he responding to Beltran saying he never went down? Beltran was flash ko'd and didn't realize it.
Guys chill, it was in the heat of the moment. Beltran probably said he didn't go down and Rampage probably got annoyed and let him know he got Knocked the fuck out. He obviously could've said it in a nicer way and didnt have to yell it like I said, he just got his first knockout in years so he was just super pumped on adrenaline. Of course I could be wrong, maybe he is just a dick lol
