conditioning help needed

Your help is appreciated...

I am 43 years old and I want to start training in MMA. I live in Atlanta and I will probably go to Jacare's academy. I want to train in Thai and BJJ.
I run about 4 miles a day and do pull-ups, push-ups, abs, etc, but I wanted to ask forum members if this is enough preparation for training. I am new to martial arts.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated (especially from guys my age!)

I think what you are doing is definitely enough to start training. Just have fun and train 2-3 days a week to begin with, don't take it too seriously and make sure you stretch after every workout.
