When the UFC officially goes on the record as having offered a fight, and said fighter refuses to accept it, or wants something unreasonable in order to accept it, that is considered ducking according to Dana
Now, Conor can come out and say that he already beat Dustin and doesnt want to fight a guy he beat already. In which case he can never mention wanting to fight Khabib since khabib beat him easily and made Conor quit. His choice

Honestly why? He said his aim when he came to the UFC was to twofold. Wins the 2 same titles he held on Cagewars and have enough money to retire on. He's done both. Sure, he won't be in the GOAT discussion but he'll walk away with a hell of a legacy.
