This is from years ago. She calls for an ambulance because her dad is having some kind of seizure. He hangs up on her 3 times because she said a bad word in a panic (not directed at him) at the beginning of the first call. Never asked what was wrong, told her he she would not be getting an ambulance.
When she went to the station to complain, he arrests her.
The city pays her $35K and the guy got two weeks off but no criminal charges and not fired. Here is the tape:

The charge was "making a harassing telephone call." My lawyer had to ask them to show him the law in the books. It said you couldn't use profanity over the phone. Apparently some old bullshit law that never got taken off the books.

Firstly the cop should have been fired. Secondly the girl is a fucking retard, if my father was on the floor unconscious I am going to everything to get him the hospital including stopping swearing if I was told (as stupid as that is). Then I would be going straight to the hospital with him, not leaving him with my brother to go down to the police station to start a fight, that would come after I made sure he was OK.
Karma would be the cops kid dying and 911 refusing to send help because he wasn't using proper grammar when requesting help. 
Officer needs to be removed from any position of power. He is clearly power tripping.
She wasn't even swearing at him. It's a stressful situation and it does not matter if somebody is swearing, it's not his job to discipline them.

She called 911 thinking I was dead, and cussed like the cunt she is. The 911 dispatcher was cool as fuck about it. No problem. Several times family members have called for an ambulance for me after or during seizures, have cussed due to be freaked out, and no SWAT raided the house afterwards.
What more do you want? The Chief admitted what happened. It is on tape. What more can there possibly be?
