when is it enough and quitting time? There has been no extra $ just vague promises of a nice end of year bonus. At the cost of completely losing your social life.

You have to know the bonuses are coming. Check with accounting for the forecast and thw budgets.

9 months of this? If I can make within 90% of what I make now why would I do that?

Sometimes projects have extra demands. If this is a normal thing, fuck it, bail. If this is a one time thing, eh, sometimes you have to suck it up.

Try used financial leverage? It takes time to change jobs and you can interview while you are out of town in a conference room 16 hours a day . And when you have 2 mortgages and child support you don't just quit without something else lined up.
if you found out how much money they were making and how little they were paying you you would really feel like a chump
