Reportedly, Patrick Cote and Hector Lombard will be dubbed coaches of the next international version of TUF, Canada vs. Australia. What do you all think of this coaching matchup and fight?

I think Cote will win when they fight.
How do you see Cote winning if you don't mind me asking? I personally think that Hector is a nightmare of a match up for Cote, and I believe this is a mismatch.

I dont understand the fight either though I'm not against watching it. I dont give a fuck that they're coaching thats for goddamn sure. Better them than a champion and a contender being locked up for like 8 months doin nothing.
I wish Lombard would use his judo more often...

Don't you guys think it's weird that Côté is still in the UFC......??? How can you loose so many fights and not get cut?? I'm from MTL i know Côté since a long time, was a fan but.... I had to admit that he just doesn't the skills to be at that level. Imo.

Cote has done very well in the UFC, just check out his record.
Especially his last 7 or so fights. The guy is as tough as they come and wins way more than he loses.

Lombard makes sense but Bisping/Lombard for UK/Australia would have been good but they are doing Canada instead and I assume WW.
So yeah I guess its a good choice but not all that interested in them fighting.

Lombard cannot handle the sexiness of The Cote and will drown in his eyes.
Lombard is a training partner of Alessio Sakara, the man who scrambled Cote's eggs. Easy win for Lombard. Cote will never be the same after the Sakara fight.

By TKO. Im not really impressed with Hectors ground game TBH. This will also be Hectors first fight at WW. We don't know how that cut will affect him.
Striking goes to Cote. Cote is apparently impervious to being ko'd and hits really hard. Okami outstruck Hector.

Honestly, I'm over all these great fighters being unnecessarily held up with a reality television show. It's become a terrible nuisance.
