Hughes would be the favourite but Serra could win either by sub or KO/TKO. I don't really see Hughes stopping Serra either.
Serra has better striking and better Jiu jitsu. Hughes has better wrestling. If Hughes is dumb enough to stand with Serra, he will get knocked out by the right. If and when Hughes tries to get it to the ground, Serra has the ability to submit him. Serra will win the fight...Hughes's only chance to to lay on top of serra for 5 rounds and pull out a boring decision.

Serra can beat Hughes. But Hughes can win a boring decision because of positioning. Serra has been looking great, especially standing. He can beat Hughes if he can make Hughes standup more. Serra cab deal with Hughes' ground and pound too.
