Anyone else have this problem - still can't watch it - anyone know who u go to for customer service?

This was the first UFC event that I've watched live in years... mostly due to platform issues.  I'm not even a streamer... I get tired of all that nonsense with popups and the stream dropping.  But I can say my BTSport stream from last night was 100% rock solid.  I wish the UFC wanted to sell me something convenient and accessible like the BTSport stream.

Yes- Talked with ESPN+- they said I have to talk to Apple as it came through Apple TV- then he said to sign in through ESPN + instead of Apple and I'll have less problems.....  cluster

I didn't have to sign into shit.  It's time the rich executives acknowledge the issues of convenience.  It's also time to stop enabling the rich executives.

I started a thread last night too. Bouught espn plus, got email confirmation, and then was locked out of the app. Called espn, waited on hold for 20 minutes, they said it was an Apple TV issue. Called Apple and they said it was an espn issue. Ended up being able to access it on a laptop then ran a usb to tv. It was a huge annoying pain in the ass

And still today espn app is still inaccessible on my Apple TV, so I guess I’ll just cancel since no one seems to know how to fix it

I talked to Apple- they said I should sign up through espn website not through Apple - did get fight refunded so I was happy about that

I had problems at first ordered the fight through fight pass from Singapore. got email confirmation with a link but it just kept saying due to broadcast restrictions yada yada. After about 30 minutes of trying different browsers etc. I logged out closed the browser logged in and it started working. Freaking weird...Screw espn+ 79 bucks for a fight plus that stupid subscription! Is there not a way just to pay for the fight and watch it without there stupid subscription? I thought it was PPV not subscription view.
