From the ingredients they list on their site it doesn't look like active greens has even 1/5 the ingredients of Light Force. Most notably it lacks wheatgrass and MSM, IMO the two most significant ingredients in Light Force.
any other ops?

Advocare kicks the living crap out of everything else supplement wise. Couture also endorses Advocare has well, the only dfferance is he does so freely. along with Trigg, carlos machado, and US olymipic wrestling. Among 500 some other non paid endorsers.
supplements are not regulated by fda. That means, that they can cheat u on amounts, active ingrediants, and quaility of manufacture(diegestabilty) goto fda website for yourself. also checkout NFLPA webaddress under active players steriod policy banned companies and there is a list of companies that make products that contain banned ingrediants. That means ICKY CoMPANIES for us who aren't in the know!
great info
seriuosly, I tried two of their products before my last fight. Spark(foucus) and Performance Gold(cardio, 3rd lung), and they worked great. I was able to really think (thinking is hard to do in a fight) very well about what i was doing, and cardio wise, it was a phenominal boost. The guy who put together the performance line is the guy who was the top russian olyimic nutritionist for thier athletic program. And there is some stuff that is in them that grows most only in russia and surronding areas that we have not yet seen over here.
wheat grass is in activegreens.

The ingredients have been listed before on a few
different sites. Here's a URL for a FAQ on Sherdog
that lists everything in LightForce:

It depends on the drink, I would just say that you should go to the website and check the labels yourself.
