creatine doesn't dissolve

i can't get my creatine to dissolve into grape juice, it just sticks to the sides and bottom of the cup. anyway to make it dissolve better?

warm it in the micro.

Go to proteinfactory.com and buy grape flavored creatine + dextrose.

When I was using creatine, I'd put the powder in a glass, fill the glass 1/3 full of hot water from the faucet and swirl it to dissolve the creatine, then fill the rest with juice. Worked great.

I know little about creatine, but as far as i know its composition breaks down in fluid form and in heat. If you buy it already mixed, or heat it in the microwave it wont work as well.

It only starts to break down in fluid after several days; if you're mixing the powder yourself, just don't mix a gallons-worth and expect do drink it over the next two weeks with good results. Creatine drinks pre-mixed in liquid (e.g. a SoBe with creatine added) are worthless re: creatine content.

Creatine will not be damaged in heat, unless you're talking way more heat than boiling water. Most early creatine research was conducted by mixing it with piping hot tea.

Put it on a table spoon or whatever. Put that in your mouth. Then drink some milk/fruit juice and swallow. It gets in your body still.

Drink it with hot tea and you are all set. Make sure to get 100% pure creatine as well. Look for the creapure logo.
