Creatine questions

okay have some questions. For about a week now i have been taking Trac....anyone have any experience with it? The guy at GNC told me right now it was the top of the line...most of those guys don't know shit except how to push products on people, but i figured what the hell because I did the gnc brand which actually worked well for me and i also did cell tech which worked great but my face and body got really swollen with water(yes i know thats what creatine does) but the GNc brand did not do that. I bought Trac after i returned Xyience which did not do anything i did not really care for it (though I liked the flavor.
How does Trac rate compared to other creatines? I also read on another thread that No-xplode worked well, whats the difference between the two?

also, like i said the GNC guy didnt know shit. You can tell the way he stuttered when I asked him something..it says take a tablespoon daily before workout..Should I take it on days I do not workout? i did cell tech but that was 4 years ago and i forgot how i took it each day.

There are different kinds of creatine? Isn't it the same shit everyone sells?

just wondering if different brands work better than others

I've used Trac and I liked it a lot the first time I cycled. I was immediately able to lift 5-10 lbs more per lift the very day i used it. The pump was pretty good. However, after the first bottle ran out, i purchased a second several months later, but the effects were not as pronounced. Maybe my body was too used to that formula? I really don't know.
One thing i noticed was that i really did not get bloated at all from the water retention. I would definitely recommend it if you haven't used it before. It should work out well for you.

BTW, you should take 2 heaping table spoons before your workout, not one.

how come 2 spoons full? did u take it onb non workout days? if so, did u take two?
