so Im going on the massive bulk, Mcdonald diet.
What do you all think.. should I get supersize with everything? stick to just chicken nuggets for lunch, or double quarter pounders...
And how do I maximize my fat/protien intake for breakfast? It seems perhaps... sausage bisquit with egg cheese... would mustard go with that? or Mayonase?
and is there room for a salid in the diet...
