Crossfit and kipping

CF is a met con workout. Kipping allows for more reps at the same weight, thus more work done. That would be an advantage if that's your thing.

While I was shocked at the cultic reaction of the crowd, I don't care much for the attitude of the guy commenting. Well, I might talk like that if I were there.

Ugh... I have no idea why but I just get so frustrated when I hear people call those pullups. They really arent pullups at all... can we call them "kip ups" or something? It is more rythmic swinging than a pullup. That dude isnt even getting his chin up to the bar.
