CrossFit LA - Free Intro Session!

Hey, I know some of you out there are interested in learning more about CrossFit, because I get messages here and on MySpace as well - so I thought I'd share our January special at CrossFit LA (also known as Petranek Fitness) with you guys by posting our flyer. I think it's a great fitness program for MMA and jiu-jitsu and we have more and more martial artists coming in and benefitting from it.

If you have any questions please feel free to message me!

ttt.. for Ring Girl

Comish -- Thanks for the ttt! :)

Mustang -- LOL - no actually a few folks have been coming in for class that have read about it here or on MySpace, I swear -- and it's not like spin class, you wouldn't stick it out unless you wanted to be there! ;)

Great workout and different than any other kind of conditioning you have done before; very, very functional strength.

damn... can't wait for the spin class!!!

Jay Jack and Amanda Buckner's AMMA in Maine incorporates crossfit.  It was unreal.  Great conditioning and strength workout.

Thanks, Andy!

T. Jay -- if you're ever in the LA area, you're more than welcome to come do a work out with us!

ttt!

Hey guys -- we extended this offer, so anyone interested in checking out CrossFit, come in for a free intro (basically a private session for no money)! No obligations, just come check it out! :)

TTT for Ring Girl!!!

how much is it after the free lesson?

There's a bunch of different pricing options depending on how often you want to attend class.

is tait one of the trainers?

I saw tait and a woman doing sprawls.  what is on the floor, cement?

"slowly backs away from thread"

not to far ,you could back in to hopfrog

That was a photo of me and Tait - he and I co-taught a seminar recently that was about incorporating martial arts movements into CrossFit workouts.

Not cement on the floor - rubber mats. We also have padded mats we pull out sometimes for gymnastics and BJJ drills.
