Hey, Crutch, I just wanted to say that guys like you help people like me out.
I was on crutches for over 4 months and have some pretty serious medical problems, but I did not let that stop me, and I've gotten back into BJJ since then and I've been doing good even though I will probably have a 40% disability rating on myself when the military discharges me.
