can anyone tell me what is covered on this two dvd set? i have looked at erik's homepage and the martin seminars webpages and they have no information regarding the material covered. thanks in advance
They cover some standup, like how to strike when an opponent shoots, counter punches and closing the distance off a punch, takedowns agains kick attempts.
And a ton of ground stuff. Ill have to check them again to make sure, but they are exceptional vids. loads of great stuff on them.
