I know no fighter would ever admit to it, but do you think anyone that gets hit with a nasty cup shit ever intentionally returns the favor?
Cup shots are very common in small shows where the refs are often unskilled. Clinch up and mix in a good groin shot during a tussle and 95% of those refs either don't see it or don't want to step in.
i pity the fool who hits Kongo in the cup before Kongo had a chance to do it yet
I have no doubts that Kongo's lowblow to Al Turk was a receipt,
and Kongo admitted to sacking Crocop on purpose.

I know it would be seen as a cheap tactic, but a cup shot takes alot out of you no doubt and doing it to even the playing field is understandable, whether accepted or not.
just one cup hit would take something out of the fighter, and you would not get a point deducted for a single cup hit, sometimes no point deduction for 2 cup hits. would be an advantage if someone used that as a tactic

or in the case of Kongo/Crocop, 4 intentional groin shots with no point deduction.
Steel Thai Cup = really u hit me in the balls???
