In ur final day before weigh in's I've heard to use albolene n take a bath w Epsom salt. I understand albolene opens ur pores so u drop water from ur body but what does the Epsom salt do? Phone Post

What do you consider a lot?  How much do you cut day of weigh in?  thanks.

Any good diets out there? I walk around right now around 167 and cut to 155 for fights. This is a new weight class for me as I was fighting at 195 to 185 so making weight is different. Any recommended diets? Phone Post

for me Dolce diet. started at 210 now im down to 176. feel great.
