Because Danica winning the race would mean NO ONE would care to talk about Ronda beating overmatched Liz.
Danica taking the pole alone is bigger than Ronda beating Liz.
Hell, Patrick finishes the race anywhere but last and Dana can forget Ronda getting any further coverage from mainstream media this week. 
I would like to see Danica take the pole.
