Dede Perderneiras, Nova União Head Coach, on an interview to Portal do Vale Tudo
"What we want if Aldo beats The Korean Zombie is an imediate title shot at LightWeight, Dana promised us and we are going to reclaim that."
Also on the interview he says that Gray Maynard is going to Brazil to train with Aldo again. Aldo was also training with Andy Souwer, former K-1 champion.
I see dana is taking note and trying to make super fights happen before too late. Aldo/Henderson is a decent super fight. Unfortunately it will be too late when TJ dethrones Bendo.
Well this sucks for Pettis. If he wins his next match does he have to wait for Aldo to get his shot? I can see why he is getting frustrated and wants to cut in line. I'd rather see Pettis fight for either 145 strap or 155 strap then see Aldo challenge the LW strap. If grant wins he walks through Aldo.
Either way, if he beats TKZ he has a big man to fight at LW..either guy could me a welterweight and that'll be Aldo's first fight in the division. Tough.

Pettis started this whole stealing other people's title shots, he deserves to lose it.
I don't think Pettis should get a crack at the 145 title. He has said that he only wants to fight Aldo for the title. He doesn't seem to have an interest in staying at 145 and being their defending champion.

Aldo is a huge featherweight though, I think cutting less weight would be good for him. He could push a faster pace again.
