I can see why they won't give Hunt JDS, this is someone Dana didn't even want in the ufc in the 1st place, offering hunt a buyout from his pride contract. And it could possibly jeopardize JDS / Cain 3.

I would tend to agree with you, but I was also of the opinion that Bigfoot was a gimmee fight for Overeem. Facts are anyone that trades with Hunt has a chance to KTFO, whether they should win or not. Cain's toolbox is a little different and I think he is a tougher fight for Hunt then JDS. Should either beat him? Yes. I just think Hunt's chances of winning are better against JDS then Cain.
^^^JDS Overeem is a much bigger fight and headline worthy. Hunt is awesome, but it's far easier to sell the former champ to a good looking guy with big muscles than a 5'11" 265lb. Samoan guy. Both are strikers with awesome highlights. Recent former champs. JDS and Overeem is a legit grudge match too.
What I don't understand is why is a huge, musclebound guy more marketable than a dude like Hunt who KOs guys with style?
Is UFC conceding to many of its' fans being latent homosexuals? Roy and Mark may not be cut up like Overeem or Brock but they have huge fan bases that the UFC stupidly ignores. I don't think that many UFC fans are physique obsessed homosexuals as the UFC likes to think.
UFC 160 is next to worthless if they take JDS off.
