Saying that "Anderson acted like an idiot" is not only ignorant but it's disrespectful to both Anderson and Weidman IMO.

Then Maia came at him at one point to punch him from his knees and Anderson ran away from him. I think in that situation it was he had gassed out from fighting in the desert heat.
Plus Chris threw off silvas timing when he threw the backhand most fighters throw the classic 1-2 and that's what silva was expecting

And you can counter punch well from there. You could make the argument that he did it too much and payed the price. But it wasn't simply showboating. He had a plan. Back to Danaher. To me he's probably the most intriguing person in MMA. I'm traveling to new york later this year. I plan on training at Renzo's and getting in on his classes. Can't wait.
