Nationalist Vyacheslav Datsik received 3,5 years of colony for "raids" on brothels of the Northern capital
Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg sentenced the nationalist Vyacheslav Datsik, nicknamed Redhead Tarzan, who, along with his accomplices, broke into brothels and applied violence to prostitutes and their clients. For these acts, Tarzan was even tried to be blamed under the article "inciting hatred towards a social group".
The court ordered for Datsik to be sentenced to 3.5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of strict regime, the telegram-channel of the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg reports. The verdict was announced by Judge Yuri Gershevsky, Rosbalt writes.
Datsik was found guilty of violating the inviolability of the home with the use of violence (Part 2 of Article 139 of the Criminal Code), of the beating (paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 116 of the Criminal Code) and of hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code).
The prosecutor's office asked for five years of imprisonment for Datsik, Fontanka reported, citing lawyer Andrei Fedorkov.
As previously reported, on the night of May 18, 2016, Vyacheslav Datsik, along with his accomplices, broke into the underground public houses on Vasilievsky Island and Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg after the "control purchase". As witnesses reported, he used violence against clients and employees of institutions, then drove 11 people to the street and made them go naked to the police station. There he surrendered prostitutes and their clients to guards.
The procession was accompanied by photo reporters. Nude men and women were also photographed by DVRs.

In the brothel on Vasilievsky, Datsik broke the video cameras, knocked out the doors and broke the internal partitions. A video recording of the attack on prostitutes was published. On the shots, it was evident how Tarzan was dragging an African woman by her hair.
For the girls, whom Datsik forcibly drove through the streets of the cultural capital in the nude, the police drafted administrative reports on Article 6.11 of the Administrative Code ("Occupation of prostitution"). Among them were visitors from Primorye, Lugansk, Astrakhan, Kazakhstan, Nigeria. And the putanas’ customers were let go. Among them was a 54-year-old hockey fan from Finland named Kaye.
According to the press, the hangout on Vasilievsky Island, in which Datsik organized the pogrom, was closed three times. Twice everything was limited to administrative proceedings, but after the "raid" of the Red Tarzan the police found the grounds for instituting criminal proceedings under art. 241 of the Criminal Code ("Organization of prostitution").
Datsik was first charged with art. 119 ("The threat of murder based on hatred of a social group"), art. 330 ("Self-rule"), art. 167 ("Intentional damage to property"), art. 116 ("Poboy") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Later, some of the charges were dropped.
It is noteworthy that only in one of the brothels for "control purchase" Datsik spent 10 thousand rubles. According to Vyacheslav, his activity was financed by certain deputies. "There is enough money. Since early April, fifty brothels have already been closed, "Datsik boasted.
In mid-April 2016 a similar "raid on brothels" was conducted by Datsik in Moscow. According to the nationalist, they acted as human rights defenders with their friends and their only goal was to reveal the scum. In the future, in addition to raids on brothels, he planned to tackle the struggle against the Turks, who were building a paid intraurban highway in St. Petersburg.
Red Tarzan was released from the Krasnoyarsk colony in March 2016. He served a five-year sentence for robbery committed as part of a group of individuals.
