Well bros, my daughter arrives tomorrow morning! This is my second child (we have a two year old boy).
I've been making great progress with StrongLifts 5x5. Now that I'm going to be getting very limited sleep, what suggestions do you have? Just try to maintain? Only go 1-2 times a week instead of 3?

To answer your question, make your wife deal with the baby. You sleep in the living room/spare room. Keep your training the same
