Fitness Plus would like to announce that we will be hosting a seminar with the legendary De La Riva in late March at our new academy in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. We will be announcing the exact dates within a couple of days as well as the details (price, times, and cost). He is also looking at the possibility of doing another seminar the following weekend. So far De La Riva has confirmed to Guilherme Maia (our BJJ coach) that he will be coming to do a weekend seminar at the end of March in Halifax (March 26,27). To reduce the overall costs of a seminar in Halifax we are welcome to the opportunity of having a Montreal based club host a seminar the following weekend. I figured since there is a TKO event April 2 in Montreal it would be a good weekend for a seminar. We are testing the water to see if there is demand in Montreal. I really hope that there is interest as training with De La Riva would be an amazing experience. We should have some more details shortly.

I am pretty sure Gui was talking to De La Riva today. It looks like the dates will be as follows:
Halifax March 26,27 and Montreal April 2,3. Fitness
Plus Martial Arts will be hosting the seminar in Halifax and we are undecided where it will be held in Montreal. We are waiting on prices from De La Riva and the airlines. At this rate I should know all the details by mid next week.
