Here's another radical idea, just don't put spoilers on the news page, just put episode 4 discussion!! That way I can still keep up to date and not have to stay away for 3 days

up until last night it was broadcast at the same time as the US broadcast

I just posted what something similar to what I'm about to say in another thread like this one. Why can't the title be something like "TUF 17: Casey v. Hart Results" or something similar?
On Tuesdays I wake up at 4:30am drive two hours to class, and then drive home two hours and get in between 10:30 and 12:00 depending on how much group work needs to be done. TUF is not on my mind when I get home. Sleep is. In the mornings when I wake up, it is a habit to grab my phone off of the charger and check The UG. Again, the episode of TUF I missed last night is not the first thing I think of when I wake up. So the first thing I see are the results.
Now I don't really care because it's just an episode of TUF, but I'm not going to watch the episode now because I already know the result.
Also to the people who keep saying the solution is to stay away from the site until you watch the episode:
1. I forgot that it was on last night and didn't remember until this morning when I saw the results.
2. I doubt Kirik would want people to stay away from his place of business until they could catch up on their TUF episodes.
