I've been looking for a good all around mma gym and I live close to kings. Anybody train there? Is it a rookie friendly spot or are a bunch of Lombard esque dudes gonna try and kill me when I first spar? Phone Post

A friend of mine trains there and loves it. Seems a very friendly gym. Definitely go for it. I'd be there in a heartbeat if I lived down there Phone Post
