I am not a Dr, I had a grandmother die from Alzheimers, and my other currently has dementia, and they show the same frustration (facial expressions too) if they can’t find the right words or remember something during a conversation.

I dont like Biden, but he seems emotional to me, not confused. He has plenty of gaffes to laugh at but this clip is a reach.
