When the guy on the bottom(with someone on his back) is working to get out, to prevent the guy on top from stepping over and getting into mount or side mount, would the correct way to defend that be to have the guy on the bottom's right knee be as high up to his own chest before trying the sweep? To defend from being mounted?
Or is there no defense for this?
