Did he get everything squared away with his family? Is he coming back?
I think he was (still is?) in a pretty nasty custody battle with his wife over his kids.. I guess that was one of the main reasons he missed weight for his last fight.. I think he asked to be released from the UFC, too.

Saw him a few months back reffing some local fights here in the NW. Didnt get a chance to talk to him, he was pretty busy that night. He posts here once in awhile, but havent seen a UG appearance in over a year but maybe..

I agree with this gentleman, Dont.really hear of messy custody battles as much in the uk, probaby just as common though.

I've met Hallman at several local youth wrestling tournaments coaching his boys (coached against him in fact, my boy vs. his). He's a very respectful, nice guy, very humble and obviously loves his boys more than anything. Surprisingly he's a fairly quiet, soft spoken dude (which isn't what I expected for some reason).
