Wow, that's some crazy athleticism. Those cheerleaders are no joke man.
Male competitive cheerleaders are athletic and strong as fuck. Just like gymnasts. Had some try jiu jitsu and they had strong bases like wrestlers and better balance than wrestlers.
Its best to get a very young kid around 4-5 started in a tumbling sport first.
