Whats up guys. Thanks for the feedback the last time I was out in the Big D. I am still on the hunt for 4 - 2 bedroom (preferably furnished) apartments in a decent part of town and a warehouse/office details below. The Warehouse will act as a Super Bowl XL Retail Merchandise Distribution Center
• No more than 10 mile radius from Downtown
• 10,000 to 12,000 Square foot minimum
• 3,000 sq. ft. Store/Office Space, 7,000 – 9,000 sq. ft. Warehouse space
• Store Front and Freeway access
• January 15 – February 10
In our past 20 Super Bowls we have used conventional office/warehouse space, vacant car dealerships, storage facilities, vacant department stores in strip malls, and a vacant carpet showroom and warehouse. One common theme with these facilities is that they were close to the downtown stadium and hotels. We will take the facility in the condition "As Is".
