He just confirmed that the guy who originally made the claim about McGregor being knocked out (Jessie Vargas) is a legit source - so if he said it, it must be true.
He also then goes on to claim that McGregor was getting beaten up in California. and it sounds like he's just referring to that video that everybody has seen by now of him sparring Chris Van Heerden.
Also, just to completely debunk this rumor - Brandon Rios has now confirmed that he's never even met McGregor before!
