At this point the legacy he's built is 'also ran'. he's come up short every single time it mattered.

he's a go getter , his fights are entertaining , having said that it's pretty accurate to say that Chael won't have a legacy. the ufc has an image to cultivate now that it's mainstream and they will not ignore the steroids issue because they need to compete with boxing with regards to moral issues in the sports realm.
