I trained with Rani Yahya on Wed. My neck still hurts.

 I did a half a situp getting out of bed this morning

I frate trained on Wednesday.

Mon - BJJ
Tue - BJJ 2 classes
Wed - BJJ
Thr - BJJ
Fri - I might do No-Gi tonight. Depends how I feel after work.

I watched UFC Unleashed...does that count?

LOL so true. The future of any thread depends on the first response. In this case, I think Dojosensei did us a favor. Who gives a crap how diligently a bunch of people you don't know are training.

I got the Diaz brothers training DVDs, and today I'm practicing putting my mug on people at the office.

 have a friend in town so only two workouts this week.

Sadly not much. Been dealing with a stress fracture in my right arm lately that hasn't been healinin very well.

Monday - Run
Tuesday - Muay Thai (arm didn't feel TOO bad for a change)
Wednesday - 12 oz curls
Thursday - Track workout/circuit
Friday - more 12 oz curls if I had to guess

 I dont train.  I just eat bun buns and fight.

 I did blunt curls last nite.

Mon: bought a team kimbo shirt
