Alright guys, my goals are simple, reduce body fat (20% to 10%) I got 6 months but think i can do this in 3, and this is how i plan on going about it. Please give me feed back to see what i need to change about it.
Wake up,
Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal w/ non fat milk (250 cal, 9g protein, 36g carb)
Mid morning,
Isopure protein shake. (200 cal, 50g protein, 0 carbs)
Lunch,
Total Lean MRP w/ Green apple (250 cal, 9g protein, 30g carb)
Afternoon
Isopure protein shake. (200 cal, 50g protein, 0 carbs), or Total lean mrp w/ green apple (250 cal, 9g protein, 30 carb)
Dinner
8oz skinless chicken breast, small salad, cup of vegstables (not sure on cal ect...)
Drinking roughly 1 gallon of water a day, taking in multi vitamins, 1000mg Vitamin C, and EFA
workout is HIIT for like 25 min a day, and scrappers mod 1 bodyweight...

You dont seem to have much fat in your diet.
I would add some olive, flax, or fish oil.
Also, eat more veggies, and eat some lean beef and fish.
I agree with Healthnut. Also, I don't know if this is a 'sample' diet or what you actually eat, but if it's the latter, I'd add a little variety.
Yeah i got a multi oil formula dietary supplement, omega 3 and 6. Im gonna get sick with the chicken so ill factor in other types of meat, and this is kinda a sample diet, any more ideas? thanks for the response.
