I think we need more video. Hard to tell, but looked to me like he was standing up ready to fight when he got hit. It may have come from a different person than he expected. Looks to me like the fight was on, and he got hit. Not sure if that's what I would call a sucker punch, but maybe it is. Just hard to tell from this short video.
