Do any guests get paid to be on jre?

Always wondered about this. At the very least Joe must provide first class airfare and hotel accommodations?

Anyone know about this?

I honestly have never even had the thought they would be paid to be on...any particular reason you think they may? With that being said I'm assuming if he reaches out and invites a guest then he would provide airfare and hotel but who knows...

doubt it

its free publicity for their cause

I'd imagine they're paid. They also get their book or what ever promoted.

Why would they be paid?

It’s the best free advertising they could get.

I think Joe has mentioned flying people out

I don't believe so, they just go on when in LA

Do you really think people like Elon Musk and Jay Leno need “free advertising”.

They are not paid to be on and most of the time they are just in L.A to do promotion. But some guests are flown in by Joe and put up in a hotel. One of his guests nick yarris thanked Jamie for organising the flights and hotel for him

Do you think they need to be paid either?

This. JRE has a massive audience and being on it raises your profile tremendously.

Jordan Peterson probably owes a lot of his notoriety to his JRE appearances.

People like Dr. Rhonda Patrick, Graham Hancock, and Cameron Hanes would be far more obscure if they were never on JRE.

How many more tickets have been sold because a stand up comic got on JRE? It's incalculable. Tom Segura wasn't on my radar at all until his first JRE appearances five or six years ago.

Yeah. This. No one gets paid anything.

He catches people coming into town who are looking to promote whatever they’re doing.

Then other times it’s friends circling through. Joe has networked his ass off over the past few years.

It’s huge exposure to even be on his podcast. More than some SiriusXM show.

I've noticed a lot of guests shared amongst podcasts also, in town for jre stay for a few extra days and do Segura, burts, fighter and the kid etc.

fuckin sherlock holmes over here

amazing insight.

Doubt they get paid Joe probably takes them for dinner or lunch maybe but it's promotional opportunities for guests.

Graham Hancock was on lately and happens to have a new book out so I'm sure being on the podcast helps the book sales and his lecture tour.

No, the point of shows like JRE, or late night tv shows or radio interviews are an exchange of service. The host gives you a platform to plug your recent book, tv show or produc and he has a guest for the day to boost ratings.
