rewatching it really makes me like all thesae guys so much better. nate,gray, j-lau, cole miller, rob emerson, matt wiman,manny. man that was an awesome house full of fighters!

That one and the Comeback are the best seasons, imo.

I remember Manny being in an awkward position that episode!
The comeback (season 4) was definitely one of my favorite seasons as far as quality of fights as well as coaching. Ironically years later I ended up training under Charles "Chainsaw" McCarthy so watching it again recently was frustrating for me because the show made him appear to be this miserable guy which is so inaccurate. I can honestly with every ounce of conviction I have say that he is one of the nicest and most generous human beings I have ever met. On top of that he is an absolute beast on the mat and an expert in breaking down and teaching technique. If I'm not mistaken he is one of less than 10 Americans to receive a black belt from Ricardo Liborio who is known in many circles to be one of the best bjj practitioners in the history of the art.
