Do you hip bump like Ryan Hall suggests?

I think that was Michael Jen (Bolo) he has a pretty cool version of the Hip Bump Sweep somewhere on youtube great mechanics if I remember correctly.

Every time I have seen something just slightly different from Ryan Hall it has increased the % the move was working for me a ton.  The hip bump works so much better for me using that version.  

 

I wish Ryan would release more videos just covering basic stuff.

Yes, that's basically how I learned it from my instructor (Roy Harris) many years ago.
